One could begin with "Once upon a time...", because this land was part of my grandparents' farm, later managed by my uncle.
A century-old story that was interrupted when my father passed away, a strong supporter of country life and its principles.

And here the idea of moving to the family home grew strong, to give life to a new project... or an old one... because surely none of the men who worked this land would have wanted to abandon it after all the sacrifices made. Here we are, catapulted into a new reality, from Piedmont to Sardinia with our wealth of experience and our load of hives. Starting a new path is frightening, but after every step we take we realize how dangerous it is to stand still

We are those who still marvel at nature, pure, untamable, attractive. The emotion we feel being naked in its presence regenerates us, the energy it transmits to us is all-encompassing, but it is important to enter into symbiosis with it to understand how light the hand of man must be upon it. We are the guardians of this small ecosystem, careful to maintain its balance.
